Christina Carroll
Christina’s classes are fun, light-hearted, and challenging. She strives to create a space where students feel safe, cared for, seen, and inspired to grow. Christina feels her life is so much better because of yoga and teaches as a way to share this gift with others. Every student is treated as the unique individual they are and encouraged to take what they need from each practice and leave what does not serve them. Christina finds joy in witnessing each student gain strength, confidence, and peace of mind.

Debi Darnell
Debi loves to teach yoga in a way that allows you to feel what you need to feel, no matter if you are new to physical movement, new to yoga, or a lifelong athlete. She teaches Yin, a style of yoga that teaches you to hold a long, semi-passive pose that allows you to observe your thoughts and physical sensations as they arise. This style is great for releasing tension in your connective tissues to allow a greater range of motion in your joints.

Julie DiBiasio
Julie took her first yoga class in 2012. She was instantly hooked. She quickly fell in love with the practice and found a sense of community she was longing for, and so much more. What draws Julie to her mat is the physicality of the practice, and the mind-body connection. Julie is an encouraging and supportive teacher. Her classes are athletic and fun. Julie completed Cleveland Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training Program in 2017 and is a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Outside of yoga, Julie works at CSU’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and is a member of UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation Associate Board. She lives in Fairview Park with her husband Matt and dog Sawyer.

Tina Hoban
Yoga is my spiritual teacher and my spiritual journey. Yoga is my healer.
I love teaching Children’s Yoga, Gentle Chair Yoga, and writing and leading meditations.
I have always loved attending yoga classes. There was always something so inspiring and beautiful surrounding yoga. After a career life change, I had the opportunity to venture further into this wonderment. I was looking for answers about myself and willing to dig deep and learn. I am always a student first.
I am a certified 500-RYT with Yoga Alliance. I received my 200hr certification with Carrie Treister School of Yoga, then continued my 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Awake To My Soul, Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene. Additionally, I am a certificated Sekoia Teacher, Accredited Chair Yoga Instructor, and certified Reiki Master.
My classes are heart-lifting with genuine love. I love the warm slow flow of yoga, the internal mindfulness, and the breath. Warrior II pose is close to my heart.
I love blending mindful movement with breath, music, oil, touch, thoughtful meditation, and exploring the internal world of the mind through journaling.
I am truly grateful to hold space for you. I hope to provide positive change.
Namaste

Colleen Kane
Colleen, E-500 HR registered yoga teacher and Reiki Master, has been teaching since 2012. Finding yoga life-changing, she is eager to share this transformational practice with others. Colleen enjoys weaving yoga philosophy and pranayama into her all-levels asana classes; as well as incorporating meditation and restorative poses.
She is a big fan of introducing students to the many aspects of yoga, thinking of it as a quilt of sorts. Seeing yoga as a life-long avocation, she continues to study the topics that “light her up” with teachers both famous and unknown.
In addition to being a yoga teacher, Colleen is also the HR Manager at Bella Capelli, a part-time bookkeeper for her husband Kevin’s podiatry practice, and a vocalist. Colleen and Kevin have 3 talented daughters in their 20’s. While yoga is a love in her life, she also adores cooking, great wine, and travel.

Lynelle Kristine
My yoga practice started so many moons ago but truly came to intentional deeper healing in 2009. I was in the midst of marathon training (running away) and became injured. My doc shut me down. I was forced to slow down. In this space, I was forced to meet the quiet of my soul, my breath, and self-love. I began to awaken to the awareness of what I had become as well as accepting of and where I was transitioning too.
A beautiful part of the rebirth of my soul in this lifetime was in yoga teacher training which served as a deeply spiritual class and mentor. I traveled deeper inward and connected to the deeper art of the breath, the healing of the hands, and the gift of self-love that then becomes the beacon of love and light for all. This work flowed into my work as a pediatric oncology nurse, pediatric hospice nurse, and my work as an end-of-life/life doula. My experiences then Divinely flowed into the Intuitive Energetic healing work.
The yoga and meditation practice I offer flows with an intentional connection to our breath and inner Light within while I flow the energetic healing coming Divinely through to the yogi. To feel those energetic layers we have inhaled in this lifetime, to meet them with grace, and loving awareness, and guide our healing breath to those spaces as we slow flow through our yoga practice. Flowing from a space of breath, spirit, and less from ego space. To dance with our breath and spirit with love grace and Light from the deeply unique journey we are all upon. For we are all beauty, Light, and love. I incorporate the beauty of sound healing from the beautiful gong into the start and end of class. Sound from the gong awakens and connects to each individual uniquely.
I feel so Divinely gifted to flow with every being I am so graced to come upon. Love and Light ❤️

Lauren Miceli
I was introduced to Vinyasa yoga in 2007 and used it only as a means to stay active when I could squeeze in a class between working full-time and solo parenting. It wasn’t until 2015 when I came to my mat to find Me. I was lost and searching for the person that I wanted to be. My life was turned upside down and I was in a very dark place. I slowly began finding bits and pieces of myself and put them back together. In 2018 the opportunity to take the next step in my personal yoga journey presented itself and I grabbed onto that life preserver. Yoga teacher training is one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I completed my 200-hour training with Awake to My Soul in 2019 with an open heart and an abundance of gratitude for this practice. Yoga helped me find myself, the version of Lauren that I have always wanted to be.
In 2020 I chose to continue my training with Awake to My Soul. I wanted to dive deeper into the history and roots of the practice that saved my life. My 300-hour training was more than I ever imagined. My personal practice of movement, meditation, and breathwork kept me grounded in such a turbulent time in our world.
I would love to meet you exactly where you are on Your journey. Move beside you. Breathe with you. Sit and be present.
